Red & Green marker in Rifts

Is it possible to remove the red and green marker when entering the rift and next floor? If yes, how do it do it?

Are you talking about a pause? or disable?
You can hold down Force Move to pause it, or disable it in Macro tab - Others - Auto Skill Cast

I am referring to whenever I start a fresh Greater rifts. My map will be highlighted in green at the entrance and when reaching the next floor the area will be highlighted in red. Is there any way I can turn it off?

You cannot turn it off. This is a hard coded function
